The glass bulb is "sprayed" from the outside with a matt (?). This is to be touched but not suitable, each slightly feute fingerprint leaves clearly visible traces. After a short use I expect a significant erosion matting, particularly after the piston has to be clamped or subtracted to change the tea light by pressing on the base.
Therefore send the item back now, not suitable as a balcony light in my view.
