Now, after a few days of training, I can recommend this dumbbell set really unlimited. It was once completely unfamiliar, not to train with the usual iron dumbbells, I though my very positive. No disturbing noises and no danger that could damage the flooring. This is mainly due to the robust plastic material from which this set contains and the square design that prevents rolling of the dumbbells. The assembly is very easy, here you need to follow suit and no screws. Simply tighten the individual disks as required and the construction is tight and secure. From my side, an unconditional recommendation for this great set.
