First delivery with defective replacement properly

Update 30.04.2015:
I have obviously caught a bad cable the first time. As can be seen also in the comments, I was contacted by the seller and was delivered free replacement. The below-mentioned problems are so absolutely fixed. Anyway, top customer service on the part of Memory King.

I have this cable for a monitor with 2560x1600 chosen because I could not relocate 2m good. I wanted to order due to the small difference in price only 5m, had then but the restrictions on the maximum resolution seen as I possibly also once wanted to drive a 4K display so I decided for the variant with the 3m should work.
Unfortunately, I have several problems with this cable:
.) With DP 1.1 audio channel does not work apparently.
.) Also with DP 1.1 on the monitor from time to time in order to 1920x1200 in a way that Mac OS X he thinks could no longer represent. Only at stake and the cable provides a solution
.) Although with DP 1.2 works the audio channel, but I have on the fly from and to image distortion and the monitor remains black abstecke the boat until I the cable and again.

All phenomena are the 2m long cable that the monitor was not this occurred.
