First experience with the LG 55UB856V

Since 3 days in use. Image settings provide plenty of scope for experimentation. Hence also first only 4 stars because my family is happy, but I still missing the last kick. HD channels look great, SD channels are viewable. Streaming is very good. The higher the bandwidth, the better the image. Amazon Prime on the App looks good. Football on Sky is perfect. No picture problems. The ball movement remains smooth and pulls no streaks after itself. The grass is green with contours and will not result in a muddy area. The sound is perfectly fine. The Web OS is functional. But we lack a comparison. 2D to 3D conversion is quite funny but more of a gimmick. Genuine 3D I could not test. Gambling on the PS 3 is super according to my son. No Problem. Quick with great image. More does not fall to me now a first.

Could watch it over a Netflix offered in UHD series. Is a class of its own again. But for the TV is to have indeed built around 4K material play. Yesterday's images show a Caribbean cruise (not our) mastered the machine almost to the full satisfaction. The images recorded in high-resolution images were not criticized by our amateur photographer. However lasted displaying the images slightly (but acceptable). A tribute to the "only" dual core processor? Meanwhile, I continued "screwed" to the image settings. For a complete 5 star but it is not yet enough. Dark scenes appear arg dark or a bit too greyish me. Here I have to readjust. Bright scenes are brilliant at the same settings.

After I now test images with the parameters of brightness, contrast, sharpness (less is sometimes more) and color have set, I am very satisfied and awarded the 5 star. The television I can recommend without hesitation.
