First in price / quality ratio!

This lens offers the possibility to have a very good quality telephoto zoom lens (Nikon optical forces, eh, compare what is comparable) without imposing a winded space or break its savings plan! Two arguments are certainly not alone in this stabilized lens, the beautiful dive (at least up to 200 mm) and the brilliant colors. Given its relatively small aperture range, however, it does not pull itself situations where visibility is really low, and it will have a really good flash (SB 600, for example) so that it regains its tone . Its internal stabilizer allows it to be comfortable in the photo-safaris or artistic research of nature photos, but a tripod is essential from 200 to 300 mm if one really wants to succeed his shots. It is suitable DX format at full FX format D700 and D3x, which will exploit its full potential. On small sensors D300S, D90, D7100, D5300 or D3300, it fits like a 105-450 and displays a sharpness and a particularly exceptional image quality. It pert one star because of its slight decline in performance from 250 to 300 mm, but is undoubtedly one of the best price / quality ratio of the moment in this range of objectives.
