I take this 120GB SSD in addition to the 1TB HDD in my MSI GE60 Apache as a boot medium. That's why I wanted to have a powerful SSD. A slightly slower, but for more than 30 favorable "King Fast" 120GB SSD I use for games (to shorten the loading times) and media for video editing.
With the Samsung SSD Magican tool I moved Win 8.1 on the SSD and the boot time was shortened by about 1min 30sec at an incredible 10 seconds!
ATTENTION! Are not supplied M2 x 4.0mm screws to attach the SSD! However, in MSI notebooks with appropriate mSATA slots they are already installed.
