I ordered this pan a few months ago on Amazon. At first everything was great, seared the meat nice, nothing stuck in the pan. But after about the fifth use, I realized no matter what I took oil if the pan was hot or not, always remained everything in the pan stick when searing meat. I made a Chinese noodle stir-fry in it, even the noodles are being fried in the pan. I do not know what that might be, perhaps, the coating is already broken, one can see nothing. I am very disappointed with this wok, have let myself be fooled by the good reviews. The pan was not expensive to buy, but too expensive for only use a few times.
