At my D7000, the focus was shifted to the back in close-ups (back focus). With the AF fine tuning of the camera I could solve this problem for portraits then. However, the focus had then (> 20m) no longer fit in more distant and was arbitrarily moved - usually backwards. At first I thought the blur is due to the large maximum aperture, but also dimmed, there was the same difficulties.
After exchange of the first lens I'm very happy right now - not to say: love it!
Conclusion:
- Knackscharf from F2.0
- Very fast and accurate autofocus
- Sunshade and extension for DX lenses
- Great Bokeh
My advice: start on arrival a small test session under "real" conditions and all important for you motive situation playthrough. Check that the focus really sits and plays no pranks.
Predicate: Highly recommended!
