Fit deficient - problem solved!

After I experienced with the matt films for my ASUS Transfomer Book T100 Chi kwmobile of a same double flop (all films damaged and in 2 dimensions not fit), I looked at the more expensive films of atFoliX - also matt - ordered. The delivery arrived today and was significantly faster than in kwmobile. Another advantage: The stable transport box made of cardboard ensures the films significantly better than the bubble-mailer of kwmobile.

And yet: Contrary to expectations and contrary to my previous experience with other films of atFoliX not fit this film also for my ASUS Transformer Book T100 Chi !!! The films carry on the edge of the Note V1, only to this release refer the following instructions: cut a few millimeters As with the product to the competitor kwmobile is too far shifted to the right for the camera. Thereby, the camera opening is covered by the film. This is immediately eye-catching deficiency. In addition, the film for my ASUS Transformer Book T100 Chi / MSQ-T100CHI even by a fraction of a millimeter is too long. If the foil is glued, it would be on one of the narrow sides slightly above the perceptible only with a fingernail metal edge of the T100 Chi. Unfortunately I do not have such precise measuring instruments, but I think having from 1 to 2 tenths of a millimeter less likely this problem be solved. On the attached photo, the film is precisely applied and fixed with adhesive tape. You can see the curvature due to the excessive length significantly.

Shortly after my complaint thanked me atFoliX for the transmission of data. This would be passed on immediately to the match and revision to the production. They promised to work on my concerns as quickly as possible in order to promptly send me a tailor-made film can.

This should be possible in this case, the producer of the film unequivocally quickly. Even if ASUS has changed slightly the dimensions of the Transformer Book T100 Chi - point out the inaccuracies in both film producers - a reference model for Neuvermesung without weieteres will be designed: atFoliX resides inthe Ratinger Harkortstrasse only fewer steps of the German ASUS branch away ...;)

Update from 13/05/2015: Today I received the newly adapted version 2 of the films. Everything fits now! This is an enjoyable customer service and otherwise I never had in other films of atFoliX problems. Therefore, now four star.
