Now I have a similar / the same part for my new iPhone 5C wanted - and ordered me this envelope. First of all: I did not regret it!
The shell is a klitzekleinesbißchen soft but ultimately it as a hardcover. Only on the long side can be, if you want, press the cover slightly to one side, so that dust could enter. But this can probably be accomplished with any cover.
The thing fits comfortably in your hand, all of the switches can be operated properly.
Conclusion: I am totally satisfied. It was precisely the part that I have been looking for. This is thus an unqualified recommendation to buy! Five Stars!
