Unfortunately shipped Maxxishop24 with DPD. I knew in advance not, otherwise I would not have ordered.
- On 18/03. ordered and to date received no delivery, which is, however, only to DPD.
- Very high shipping costs, but what I generally do not find bad if the article is a bit cheaper than elsewhere. My hope is to get a better service due to slightly higher shipping costs.
Well, as you probably lies in this point wrong again. Here, despite higher transport costs incompetent logistics companies.
- No shipping information up front get, which means that the first delivery usually goes in the pants when nobody is at home. DPD announces not per se and also deposited not the neighbor.
- No Tracking available / possible
- Transport company in advance is not specified. Will clarify the future first via email, who supplies me.
- For a long time I renounce already on notifications by Hermes, as it is already often occurred to me that evening at 20:30 clock
a completely stressed and overtired deliverer me surrendered a package. When I told him that he so late no longer need necessarily come,
it is sufficient tomorrow, he only mater: "In the past it will not tomorrow." This Abeitgeber- / employee relationship I have personally a problem!
It should be said that I do not live in the boonies.
- You can via Navigator package, specify a neighbor or another date for his package, with DPD. Unfortunately that does not work well.
The next day, the driver came back instead of me to my neighbors.
- Agreed yesterday by phone that the packet is to be deposited with the package store and I pick it up myself. (For 6.90 shipping mind you)
- This morning at 05:27 clock get an email today that a final delivery attempt is made at my house.
I do not get it!
I know that you can specify a location to store the delivery even with DPD, in the event that you are not at home.
For me, however comes the DPD maximum 1-2 times a year. Therefore I am not in so closely linked to DPD and certainly not
in any basis of trust to constantly changing delivery staff. Since I in the past several damaged deliveries (damaged, battered cardboard boxes)
have received from DPD, also an agreed delivery location will never come into question.
The Maxxishop can not help here, I understand.
However, I would have hoped that I at this mess either an immediate replacement
or at least get a concession for the shipping.
Unfortunately, I have except the tracking number and a nice apology meant nothing
get. Also not bad. Nevertheless, I am extremely upset!
Whoever copes with DPD (often it depends too sometimes strongly by the deliverer from) can appoint confidently at Maxxishop.
However, I never order again as long as is not shipped with DHL. Sorry!
