On phones with RJ10 "Siemens assignment" it works perfectly, that nothing is the other way around:
- Siemens optiPoint and OpenStage
- Tiptel 282 and 284

I bought this adapter in conjunction with the headset "Sennheiser PC 3 Chat Headset".

A "real" office headset for these devices cost so times a mere 150 euros, pay private non ...
