almost too good ... because due to the short thread also on the inside turning the filter with the lens cap fast times down. The short thread is indeed made to the fact that the filter can also be mounted on an additional Slim filter, but I lack a hobby photographer's ideas, why I should not screw another Slim filter the UV filter. I myself try to minimize the number of "glass". One, two threads more would therefore beautiful, would even then probably complain someone else ... Since the filter was so shortly before the crash and only hung on the lens cap, I just wanted to solve, only 4 points.
The filter is intended to serve as protection for the lens, for example when shooting at the beach with me. Therefore, I have no special requirements on the filtering effect. I have with respect to the optics in any case not noticed any negative changes for my standards. This assessment I leave like other more experienced.
