My impression of this spare cover is very positive:
1. He is firmly relatively and does not slip. He should the normal requirements during transport and storage of the lens - be grown easily and fulfill its purpose - both to the camera and solo.
2. The inside handle even with an attached rubber lens hood to remove easily (in my B + W) or to install, impeccable service and secure grip, no complaints.
3. (If you like it :) The supplied ribbon can be attached to the lens and then protects against sudden total loss of the cover in the heat of battle. I do not use it because it bothers me at the DSLR just in handling, but possibly useful in compact.
Conclusion: I do not regret the purchase, the lid reliably fulfills its task and that too at a very reasonable price, compliments to producers and sellers. So my old normal lens is ready for use again in the digital age. :-)
