I use the chest belt T31 (uncoded) Polar mainly on the cardio machines in the fitness center, hence the uncoded version.

Benefits:
+ Flat and comfortable
+ Transmit power is not too strong (adjacent cardio machines are not disturbed)
+ Works with all uncoded pulse receivers (Pulstec etc.)
+ Battery life about 2 years ago

Disadvantages:
- Not provided battery replacement option, as welded (the belt is replaced by Pulsar service when required - costs about original price)
- Lack of additional coding possibility
