This baby-fly manual aspiration is very very economical. Two tips are provided, one for infants up to 3 months and a second for a later age. Wash it off with warm water (supplemented or not with soap or detergent) easily. It aspires safely back! and that's still friendly. We see what we sucked (which may be interesting to know if the baby is infected or not, whether clear or not fly). For a few months I use it, and so far no failure. We shall see.
