You should know that this compact (like many compacts) is the penultimate smaller sensor.
It should be understood that all these devices, when displaying images on a computer, one already sees without zoom smoothing.
This is normal, there's no miracle.
But for what it is, I think it is a very good product.
I took the moon with max zoom x30 HAND LIFT and is net (I do not mean smoothing, but blurring or sharpness). Incredible!
Compared to my TZ10, they did a good regarding stabilization.
