I bought the mini tripod for my EOS 600D with attached 15-85 (total 1150 gr), since this part carry a weight of 1500 gr according Manfrotto "should"
Unfortunately the tripod is merciless in his knees and is therefore only suitable for IF ANY camera with light kit lens!
Get the tripod to keep anyway for my compact Olympus because it works there and the basic idea is not bad, just not for a DSLR
