Whether the power supply at the Coolpix L830 class or not, can certainly argue about it, because the camera can be easily operated with standard AA batteries or rechargeable batteries. The course has the advantage that you can buy batteries anywhere, I prefer, however, in any case always an integrated battery, I can simply recharge via a cable. For me, this is therefore not a selling point, since one knows that but yes before buying, not a minus.
A plus point is but definitely the big 34fache optical zoom range, which can be increased to as much as 68facher performance by Dynamic Fine Zoom feature. The quality is in this super zoom Although not outstanding, but yet still be described as good. Only the image stabilizer does not like it so completely that works for me just is not reliable enough, so often also blurred images in between. Likewise, I also find the most autofocus too slow.
The reproduced colors have, however, can inspire me again.
In the video footage it looks similar to what I here, however, is really good find, that afterwards really hardly hear the Zoom in the video, at least it does not take the upper hand.
The menu is great, as I'm used to from other Nikon cameras. Relatively simple, self-explanatory, but still quite extensive. At gimmicks do not lack in any case.
Altogether one has here a nice camera which makes no superior, but quite acceptable photos. A small camera that is very easy to use and also provides massive extras and gimmicks. If that's enough, so probably all, the cameras back and use it again for everyday occasion, which is well served with the Coolpix L830!
