I believe that it works! I took 3 because from 4 I found headache. Good sleep, few révils night, it helps me during certain sensitive periods of the month.
Cons: The gelatin capsules. So, I open them, it is very drinkable mixed with water. Odor somewhat special plant elsewhere.
