As the title suggests: hats, gloves and mittens. Based on four standard models: Cup (with or without ears), beret, gloves and mittens (with or without removable end). There explaining these bases once, then the gates of thirty variations: 12 caps models berets 6, 10 pairs of gloves and 10 pairs of mittens. What differentiates them, these are just the reasons, all made of colorful jacquard (fair isle) made from February to June colors. So the main interest of this book: jacquard grids. Hats / berets made with 2.75mm needles, gloves / mittens with 2mm needles, knit in the round. Mainly animal motifs offered, namely: 4 birds, three ducks, one dragon, one reindeer, 1 butterfly. We find these patterns on the gloves / mittens. Berets are geometric patterns only. Beautiful book with beautiful illustrations and simple explanations color grids, all in English (US). Personally, I expected to find more northern grounds, surprised not to see that animals, especially volatile! I especially like berets with their kaleidoscopic patterns ...
