Based on the positive reviews I first ordered me this Hula Hoop. The "assembly" was simple and understandable, and the delivery was very fast. Starting with the training, I realized that hula hoop is not as easy as I had remembered it. Although I had a few attempts to get out of rotation, but the rude awakening came 1-2 days later: My hip was blue, green and red. The spots talked a few days, which of course was also associated with pain. The knobs were rather disturbing for me to be helpful. The training I have finally set after 3 days and exchanged the tires.
Then I bought the pink hula hoop with foam. This Hula Hoop I train for a month now - without any problems!
