First, my impression was positive, but then I realized that I do not really get the rod with some exercises and after some practice to oscillation or vibration can not maintain. With the Flexi-Bar, I have now acquired relatively cheap, it works much better, so I only train with this.
At the wrong strength it is rather uncomfortable. Unlike other reviewers I do not believe that the different colors (I have the blue) mean different strengths. The Whippy bar will indicate regardless of the color with about 630g. At Flexi-Bar the different strengths have a different weight.
The "ergonomic" handle I find rather disadvantageous and uncomfortable, and he is - unlike asserted in the description - not odorless (this applies only for the weights on the bar ends to). Ok, you have managed to hold his nose to the handle in order to smell something, but the smell on your hands goes. However, the smell from the grip evaporates after some time. From the smell apart the processing itself, however, seems to be flawless.
The supplied Poster (Din-A-4 format) shows some exercises that are also represented understandable (although the front views were exchanged in the first two exercises). There are displayed 16 exercises. (For comparison: On the exercise poster, which is usually included with the Flexi-Bar, there are 32, if you look around on the internet yet so already has a swing bar more opportunities and a more varied workout.)
On the CD supplied 13 of the exercises shown on the poster to be fooled in five and a half minutes, the rest of the CD consists of presentations of other devices.
