For my needs a good tablet!

Am very satisfied with the Odys Pro Q8. Important to me were: enough internal memory (namely one underestimates quickly), quad-core processor, 1 GB RAM, expandable with memory card and 8-inch display.. The display is super, everything is clear, very bright, good pixel density and distinct colors. It is processed valent, the snaps at the sides can be operated well. Weight is quite high: 372g has my kitchen scale display. Otherwise, it runs very smoothly, now and then a stuttering, but that is to be absorbed. Battery life is acceptable, but not good. This thing sucks very nice if you sit times longer tuned. The Q8 has Kingsoft Office on board, an app with word processor, spreadsheet and presentation program. There is some pre-installed apps on; pleasing: they can be deleted - often that does not work with pre-installed apps.

Negative: In order to boot the tablet requires about 27 seconds. The volume settings are poorly graded. It is in the gradation somehow very loud and then it is already too low. A comfortable level I can not adjust so.

Conclusion: I am happy. There are better, but this commitment also twice on the table. For me that's enough, I want to surf times only from the sofa, writing e-mails, one way or another new app to know and times daddeln a little game. For this I am well looked after with the Pro Q8.

Addendum:
After extensive use phase there by me say two things:

- Negative are the constant, highly visible fingerprints that arise on the display when in use. Is almost a bit too extreme. Will soon order me a film for the display.

- I wrote that Kingsoft Office is on board the top. With "on board" I mean, it is integrated into the Jelly Bean version installed (ie for example, has in the Quick Launch bar its own icon - and can not be uninstalled, only it can be deactivated). My curiosity drove me times in the Play Store and I was very surprised that there are these Office app for free. It is interesting but the following: There are now two versions, OLD VERSION Kingsoft Office and Kingsoft Office + PDF (new name: WPS Office). When OLD VERSION there is the comment that one should feel free to download the new version, as there is no longer support for this. Unique is currently on the Q8 but the OLD VERSION integrated (you can already see the icon). Last week (end of June 2014) but I have yet to get an automatic update for OLD VERSION. It would be nice if ODYS is here and provides a new firmware, which then integrated the new WPS Office. Think that one can expect - especially since the program in the Play Store is available for free.
