Decisive are not my high sound claims and the low price, which met at the Genius.
Advantage was the very low price of the system, the compactness and simple connection technology.
Disadvantages are the really short cable for the rear speakers. They are only about 2 meters - which is clearly too short. Therefore, I use here my "old" existing boxes of the defective system, for these represented the exchange.
The sound is good - but you should not expect miracles. For a 10sqm room they make enough steam but a room you can not sound for it. The bass is angehem (you can manually readjust him) The heights not clink. Sujektiv On closer conscious listening "different" than the previous 50, - TCM plant (also what cheap so) - but not significantly worse.
The Surroundefekt but gefühltt slightly worse - the perfect location missing bit. This can, however, may possibly be due to a phase-shifted connection on my part (Rear speakers) or at the meantime other onboard sound card - which is easy to configure incredibly bad under Windows 8.1 (in Windows XP makes the system in any case twice as much "out loud")
The standby consumption is about 5W - which is why I have coupled with the light bar, so that they are switched off when unbenutzem PC (traverses). The clicking sounds while on / off are minimal and unobtrusive. The volume control on the box stands at about 60% - from the PC at most about 40% - which then already results in a significant vocal sound and more room is not necessary (see movie / music casually listen)
Priced at just over 20, - agrees what is offered with the price and gets full marks.
Due to the incredibly short cable for the rear speakers, there are a point deduction.
