The Bix came within a few days to safely packaged. And used in the rehearsal room as bass cabinet I have to say: Good for you! Assuming proper settings on the mixer, this box makes a lot of pressure and also produces a crystal clear sound even in considerable volume. Furthermore, I have connected a guitar with built-in pickup and an MP3 player, and even here there is nothing to complain about. In all registers good sound without feedback or interference.
Nevertheless, one must not expect too much in a box in this price range. For the size it is exceptionally light, so pretty much will not get stuck in it. The in principle fairly hideous gray felt can be seen clearly only glued roughly, probably including cheap wood panels were somehow screwed together. In the cross bar on the front you can exactly identify the screws on the left and right through the felt, in addition, the bar has not been measured to the exact width, under the felt you can at least feel for a small gap to the left side wall in my copy. The largest optical defect, which was only the left just mounted by the five tweeters, the other four have been tightened slightly crooked.
Who does not bother, and is more important whom cheaper but good sound as perfect workmanship, which is to this box definitely have his joy. Optical aesthetes and professionals should nevertheless resort to more expensive copies.
