I have all the reviews here nothing more to add.
I bought the device primarily as a digital video recorder and it works well.

I used to always recorded by TV card on the PC shipments, today with the Wisi it can not happen that I just run the computer and recording forget me.
Power consumption is low, by the connected 2.5-inch hard drive no problem.

Just be aware when selecting the hard drive, it is only 1 port for USB available.
I had a device which 2 ports presupposes. Now I have from RaidSonic a Adpater with Kunstoffhülle (comes with 1 cable): IB-AC603U3 working properly at the receiver.
The adapter makes more like 500GB, the receiver max. 500GB.

He does what he must, quickly, discreetly, cheap and easy to use. Would I buy again at any time.

The shots you get with the program read PC 2 box from the hard disk. Is a freeware and Wisi offers on his website for download.
Otherwise, like a normal hard disk receiver, but for a price - because you can buy more of the same.
