The joystick is jiffy assembled and ready for use. Simply plug into an available USB port and the necessary drivers installed. And then it can already go.
The manual is multilingual, and if you do not understand the assembly at first glance, there is also an illustrated manual.
Handling and ergonomics.
I have pretty big hands and with me the joystick fits perfectly in your hand. I reach all the keys, and the keys to the 8-way hat switch.
People with smaller hands might as may have problems. Therefore perhaps go before ordering first time in a store and test yourself how he is in the hands.
The handling I find very pleasant. By spring the stick is moved to the neutral position after being released again. The spring is set just right. Neither takes place the provision as a brutal flick yet as wabbliges creep.
The application of force to overcome the neutral position is very low and the transition is very gentle.
In the game, the stick also proven. The control I find very direct and precise. The keys have good pressure points and are of course freely assignable. The throttle is useful integrated into the design of the joystick and is neither too light nor too heavy.
While the V1 has no force feedback, but I personally do not miss it.
All in all:
For the price you get a super joystick. I had never felt that functions would be missing that something has difficulties accessing etc.
From the moment of start-up, I was completely satisfied.
A few more details:
- Processing is clean and good.
- At the head of a blue LED is mounted at the rear area, which glows blue when the stick is inserted. Does not interfere, but also has no advantages. Lights up blue.
