For the USB 3 operation simply useless

I have two 2 TB drives from WD in the box, both Green Edition. The box works fine, even running on my old MSI Media Player
HD 1000 without mosquitoes, has really surprised me that the old equipment with 4 TB is clear. However, the box has a huge drawback, UBS 3.0 Funkionalität is just a joke. I have during operation via USB 3 connection constantly breaks and can not even have a copy GB heights that it will suddenly lame, and then aborts. For testing, I have two different USB 3.0 controller installed in my computer, well different chipsets, although still unusable via USB 3.0. Is a mystery to me, also is not reliable through USB 3.0 and also on three other computers the box was just a joke on my laptop. But the curious thing about the whole story is the fact that the operation via USB 2.0 all works fine, since the box has never been in trouble. Apparently the NE in the box dungy controllers have installed a firmware update was not until today. I can live with the rather significant error, since I only pursuing my media box with movies and music to feed, but it fits perfectly. But want to shovel the often large amounts of data via USB 3.0 for the backup area, or in general for users the device is completely unusable.
