For those who want to create a start-up!

The author of the book, Eric Ries is a serial entrepreneur confirmed. He explains how to set up from the outset, an agile organization to face the uncertainties surrounding the start-up. The approach we propose is based on the theory of Lean Manufacturing. It is organizing its start-up in order to quickly test the market with its minimum version of the product / service then can just as quickly correct its strategy if the market does not respond as imagined in his assumptions. This theory is totally relevant and well-founded!
