I walk for about 5 years on a regular basis (in spring / fall more, in the winter less often) jogging and walking.
Until now I had used no technical equipment, even though I always appealed to me,
zuzulegen a heart rate monitor; on the one hand because it is recommended in many fitness counselors to operate in personal, ideal pulse mode endurance sports, on the other hand to keep my fat burning during exercise as high as possible.
Therefore, now the heart rate monitor from Beurer.
My Expectations:
Actually, no, because I've never used a similar heart rate monitor.
However, I imagined, just to tighten the clock before jogging around the wrist,
may enter short nor data on size / weight / age and then start moving.
Application and conclusion:
(-) Heart rate monitor must be strapped with chest strap, which is especially for me
as a woman is rather unpleasant - if it is not to slip, it must be held relatively firm
(-) Somewhat complicated operation at the beginning (you find yourself but a)
(+) Nice design
(Under the faucet for example) wash (+) wash grade material to sweat
(+) Good readings, fat burning and calorie consumption are displayed, as well as heart rate
(+) Reasonable price
Overall, a good result if one of the chest strap does not interfere.
Without, however, would be more comfortable.
