It is finally here: The already 4th album of Sarah Connor. Stylistically it moves in familiar areas. She has remained true, but has continued to develop anyway. Especially the ballads ("Living to love you," "Thank you", "Happy Anniversary", "One more night", "Call me") fall significantly different from known. Now Sarah suggests rather the direction of a Soul (especially in "One More Night" and "Thank you", which are supported by a gospel choir). The ballads are not all a poor imitation of "From Sarah with love", but have finally something new. The distinguished indeed already at "Living to love you" from. The faster numbers on the CD sound fresh, young, groovy and catchy go. Some melodies can be found on their 1st and 2nd LP again, but they are limited by good beats and guitar riffs from scratch in scene. Even small, musical experiments like the Latin-oriental sounding "You are my desire," which as we know it by a sexy tune of Britney Spears, and a rap Part à la Shaggy stands out, clearly demonstrate artistic creativity. The other up-tempo numbers show danceable and slightly rocking, supported by Sarah sexy voice. A plus point there also for the booklet, which is really in detail, ie with many photos and all Lyriks, failed. Against a minus point for the fact that some songs are not rounded, but either stop suddenly and the whole time splashing in front of him, so do not have a (vocal) peak. Overall, presents "Naughty but Nice" American. This is due not only to the souligeren ballads, but also to the major up-tempo songs that contain almost all a little rap part. The pity is that Sarah hardly presented their vocal volume. In some songs she briefly shows the scope of her voice. I think that the songs are ballads the faster out better and slightly worse than on their previous album. Conclusion: The album is not revolutionary, but contains quite good melodies ("Living to love you", "Call me", "Paradise") and pop songs that are good "worked". Nothing new, but been there in good packaging and so not on an album of a German artist. Sarah's voice fits perfectly to all songs. A bad buy is not determined this CD.
