"The Wolf Among Us" plays some time before the events of comics and acts of strange events surrounding a conspiracy and criminal acts in Fabletown that eventually lead to more enigmatic violent crimes against its inhabitants. Bigby determined and attaches itself to the heel of the guilty, but must soon discover that the enemy could be behind the events a number too big for him and the sincere fairy tale creatures.
The equipment conforms to the known Telltale adventure games of recent years, although it fell back on the same comic graphics as in the two "The Walking Dead" games. But this is also more than adequate, especially friends of the comics should be pleased with the look a lot. Rein playfully presents the episode Adventure, the course is all in this edition, but not a reinvention of the known game mechanics are (including the more or less annoying QuickTime Events) - one knows one, knows it virtually everyone. The controller also works as before and is so simple that it can be quickly mastered intuitively by genre newcomers. At the center of fascination is the story being told and has it, even if you do not know the comics, to captivate more than in yourself and know almost all episodes at a high level. Joining them will be the typical film noir atmosphere together with appropriate music and excellent, though in English, set to music characters. For about 20 euros you do as a fan of adventure games or comic series but said nothing wrong, because about 12 hours enthralling entertainment are a fair Gegenwert.Steam is however required, which for some may well be a downer - for me it means However, no penalty, so I forgive 5 star on an entertaining and densely atmospheric adventure.
