I was skeptical at first from the ASUS Nexus 7 from Google to switch to an iPad mini, especially since I have been working in the IT industry and I therefore familiar with all kinds of technology. Many acquaintances advised me to buy from this product, simply because of the pixel density of 163 ppi.
However, I have to say that the resolution of the display is not everything. The processing of the equipment leaves nothing to be desired, the display is clearly legible and sharp despite the low resolution. The thing but most surprised me is iOS currently in version 6.1.3. What can I say, it just runs, no jerking, no waiting. While there despite major hardware repeatedly gave stuttering when Nexus 7, I can find not a single the iPad mini so far. Even Google Chrome, which we unfortunately can not set as the default browser is running better than on our own tablet from Google.
But the biggest advantage of Apple iPads is that Apple can be optimized almost all programs for tablets. While Android apps look just inflated only, you are here a lot of effort. So the work on the iPad makes a lot more fun.
When the display at first I thought it was not a big difference from the Nexus with 0.9 inches more in diagonal. However, here lies the small but distinct difference. Surfing the Internet is displayed at least in Chrome, the address bar, which means that one gets to see this place again. Furthermore, the fall onscreen buttons from Google on the iPad off course, the display comes in handy when surfing better way than was the case with the Nexus 7.
I would recommend the article definitely for sale. The 307 - I paid for the equipment, were until now the price definitely value. As an additional recommendation I would suggest a Smart Cover from Apple to buy this, the display is protected and the tab can also look for videos easily in an optimal viewing angle (which for IPS panels eh matter would) stand.
I hope this recession may remain standing forever.
Have fun with your new iPad mini.
