The cable is very fiddly to install in the iPhone. That should really just try if you have confidence in artisanal and accordingly has much quiet finger. However, this is not the reason for the poor rating. This is rather a - in my opinion - design flaw. The switch for switching between silent and ringtone needs to be self-installed. On it are two small holes in the two small plastic sipping need to be introduced that depend on Falx cable itself. Then you have the cable nipple merge, so the switch stops. This does not work with a normal cigarette lighter because it's too cold. It takes a little creme-burner or a Bunsen burner. I have only 2 of 3 times hinbekommen. The result is that now has to be issued in two iPhones the ringer always on the menu. And that annoying really.
