Each column includes twenty arithmetic questions intended specifically for children 9 to 10 years: addition and subtraction of numbers, multiplication tables, halves of odd and even numbers, quarters, addition and subtraction of decimals. The exercises are in ascending order of difficulty. The goal is that the child to a column in a minute. The role of the adult is to give the starting time and stop the clock .... and of course to congratulate the child on his score.
