The belt I had to buy because my old pulsar the battery is not allowed to exchange: the four small Phillips screws were a little rusted. Wonder why there is not a bayonet lock for the battery compartment on the pulsar's like the Garmin-clock that uses my husband .... Anyway, I treated myself to the new "Premium" girth. Now, after eight months (I work out about three times a week) I am of the durability of the textile belt disappointed: The inner contact surfaces dissolve, and it is foreseeable that the belt soon loses its function. I will therefore return it to Amazon or Garmin. That's too bad, because I am otherwise happy with the measurement function of the belt.
