Now to repair that says nothing about the spare parts, but is intended as a help: Although I've repaired a few iPhones, this repair was a challenge. The flex cable is so confusing installed on the iPhone 4S, so that the installation was not easy. With the iFixit guide you can track the installation step by step, but this is not easy due to the overlapping of cables and each picture you have to double view. After a sweaty repair the on / off my iPhone working again now and I can the annoying (but useful) AssistiveTouch park.
Since Apple does not provide original spare parts available, you can only rely on the replica. This fulfills currently exactly the same function. I can not say anything about the longevity, but if it holds as long as the original part, then the iPhone will likely be phased out within the next 3 years for some other reason.
