It was recognized under Windows 8.1 now and I actually had nothing to set up. Extra software or additional drivers are not the way here.
At a distance of about 5 feet to work the input and operation even without jerking properly. But further distances are not counted properly. The pressure point of the keys is actually very good, so you can write pretty quickly and also the touchpad works precisely.
The one with the Fn key is really not solved optimally (was here several times criticized), although I, on my mini PC not as often need this.
Practically I find on the left the button for the left click of the mouse, and on the right side of the on / off switch. If you put the keyboard aside so you will not erroneously suppressed ne key or move the mouse. After switching on, it is ready for operation immediately without delay.
Overall I would recommend the keyboard for a mini-PC, anyway.
