when I received my package, I was happy as any ^^ After unpacking, I have the packaging disposed of directly because my whole house filled war..direkt try therefore to the xbox and ... test after about 2 days I noticed that I like a monkey on the drums it kloppen had. So ... just the MIDI USB cable ordered (again 10 euro) as if the 200 had not been enough .. well .. so far so good .. then everything went perfectly. because I do not play guitar and was greedy only on the drums I had not tried. colleagues came over, wanted to play guitar. guitar plugged in and there you go .. the guitar squeals and fails often. Keys will not get to the green. direct complaint at amazon .. eventually I got ne email that they could not change it, I should contact the manufacturer .. just now stands on the manufacturing side, I can not to replace the guitar online / must appear to call support .. (0900 number 69cent the minute) and I see not pay back, so I paid for a product that should work enough
Conclusion: I am totally dissatisfied with the product and service from Amazon. I had known, I would have bought elsewhere. let it alone and buy it rather in the media market or something. where you have no problems to complain about it
