My car transporter is always outdoors. After not even one year was "black" is not much to see of. He is strong faded. Now have no idea of neoprene properties if this is normal, but if it is sold as a wind cover, it should nonetheless somewhat longer retain the color. Simply no longer looks beautiful and a cover you need "only" if it is kept outside. Other function is still present. The winds rust times not as the last.
Will probably by what look around next time others.
