Usually I'm always skeptical in such matters, but the role was recommended to me by my orthopedist. My first attempt at a floor routine - roll with his back on the role - was extremely painful (which is why only order no tougher role) and the vertebrae are first time jumped cracking in position. The next time we went a lot better and what can I say, I'm going on my back pain. The standing exercises I find not so good because the role in part does not roll, but slips. This may also be due to a too smooth wall. The supplied CD could be something better explain the exercises, eg position / distance of the feet to the wall. Without a manual (CD or additional book) you are but a fix. Therefore, never order the role individually, so if you have no experience.
