The TRX is great and you can tell right away that the whole body works. The exercises are at first not so easy to perform, but the DVD contains a real-time workout (English) and that is to start really sufficient. The system allows one to arbitrarily adjust the difficulty level, although it is hardly possible not to train effectively. In addition, it makes it extremely fun when you alternates. Processing and visual impression are immaculate.
We got us a wall attachment and work mostly at home. The X-mount or T-Mount fits perfectly to keeping nuclear bomb to the wall!
All in all, we are 100% convinced of the TRX and would recommend it, especially in conjunction with the DVD and the supplied training book. It is the first device (except my football) that prompts us like to get off the couch and make better sport.
