I find this gentle and highly effective shampoo: I have the feeling of having them clean hair. It is perhaps not quite nourishing enough for me, but I particularly dry hair and I "make it up" for hydration with a suitable mask after washing. Some shampoos terribly dry my hair, that's not the case with this one. So I find it suitable to my fine hair, streaked with blond. Wash thank you :)
