My daughter bought 250g Manuka Honey MGO 100 a few weeks ago. I did not know this honey and was initially quite skeptical. Property me then but intensely literate and then ordered even Manuka Honey MGO 400 1000g through Amazon. The price is not exactly low, but I wanted to test for a month at a higher concentration, if I can relieve my several months of persistent pain in the shoulder (inflammation in the joint) by the action of honey. The honey has actually done its work after a few days. For months, it comes back to me so well that I no longer wake up in pain at night. One can hardly imagine that a little bit of honey as a great effect can be assumed to. I only take 1 tsp. Each morning, ranging from apparently completely. I can only express positive and absolutely recommend it to anyone, even once at certain health problems to try manuka honey.
