I ordered the shell and 12 days later she was with me (so far so good). Have everything unpacked and wanted since iPhone in Tuen and unfortunately had to find that the shell was broken up right. The mobile phone would otherwise super fit well. So but the shell did not provide sufficient protection.

The delivered this film was not at all to the iPhone. The characteristic round knob was stamped not at all on the film or nearly visible. In addition, were on the slide holes for sensors that are not at all the iPhone at this point.

The pen, which was also delivered to constantly fell out of the Clink port, which is also not the intention. This was but otherwise perfectly fine.

After the discovery, I wrote directly to the seller. This demanded photos which I sent him directly. They apologized and promised me that I will find within 12 days a set in my mailbox. After 3 weeks without replacement I wrote the seller again. "We do not know what happened in the post, but I will check that and send you again a new envelope to. This should be received within 12 days with you." This mail was now also her 3 weeks.

Conclusion: After more than 7 weeks I still get reimbursed no new case for my device and no money! For me, a case of fraud! NEVER AGAIN THIS SELLER!

I have now made a warranty claim on Amazon!
