The lamp is well overall. I already had a Tikka XP for over 5 years, its use is easier with two buttons including a boost. The new version seems less tight, the former has an O-ring in the battery compartment. The notching of the vertical orientation is much lower in the new. The new reports only wear, but this is not actually a problem.
