Used before a non-insulated RCA cable in conjunction with a Y-Soft. And I had in standby Betrrieb my subwoofer always a hum, which prevented same. Even in quiet passages it was perceiving.
Since I use this cable I have no interference and the standby mode functions.

The workmanship is very good, price / performance so top!
