After opening the outer package I immediately put it into operation. The attached manual provides all the necessary information. However, the operation is quite simple, because you can not really go wrong with this unit. By pressing a button you can switch it on. By a flashing light, you can see how full the battery is still. On the case you can read exactly what the respective flashing means. At first, this is a bit strange, but I think the idea is not bad, because thus possible to dispense with a display, which probably has an impact on the price.
Using Micro-USB cable, you can connect the battery charger to the phone or tablet. If you switch it on, it immediately starts to load. The charger itself can be charged via USB with the laptop. It can be charged via the socket via a corresponding USB connector / adapter, which is faster than the version on the laptop. The long charging time for the battery charger is a shortcoming, here it would be much more practical if it is so heavily laden faster.
Both smartphone and tablet I can fully charge again. After that is still remaining power available, for a second full charge but this is not sufficient. The battery charger can thus use about 1 1/2 times before it needs to be recharged itself. In order to bridge the time between emptying Smartphone / Tablet battery and the next outlet, I find the Sony CP-F5B battery charger suitable. It helps small across hard times and ensures that I can use my equipment on.
The look I like that, it is simple in design, has clean corners and edges and looks high quality finish. From the size and weight wise, it is about the same as if you had a smart phone in his hand. In mobile use on the road, this is a bit hard, but you can get used to it and to an empty battery, it is a good alternative.
