Actually, this would be included in the respective aperture lenses from Canon .... as Tamron, Sigma and Tokina makes.
In any case, this part to get an absolute must to side and scattered light in the handle.

As I said, the item is very good and recommended but maybe Canon thinks times after and there, even if it is not just dealing with L lenses, and are sun visor and storage bag at least for IS models with this !!! It also pays eg a TV not the FB Extra ....
